What to Look Forward To: 400MB free WiFi access for business class travelers Aer Lingus is not considered a “premium” business class, but is comfortable and acceptable. Other aspects generally came in as average. The seat is a lay flat and reasonably comfortable. However, most reviewers felt that the value provided by the airline – often in the form of cheaper point redemption – outweighed the lack of any defining service. Aer Lingus has interesting scores overall, in that many bloggers enjoyed the overall experience – leading to an overall great rating of 2.40/3, but the specific aspects of service – such as seat, service, food, etc., scored much lower. Aer Lingus is considered a good option for business class travelers according to bloggers and reviewers.
